Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Please find hereunder our house rules which each guest is expected to familiarize yourselves with.

* No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
Should you wish to host an event, this must be arranged with management on 082 893 7608

* Pets: No pets are allowed on the property

* Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Should a guest wish to smoke on the balcony, please
use the ashtray provided under the kitchen sink. Should there be any indication that this rule was not adhered to,
the guest will be fined R500 as well as the costs of replacing any items within the apartment with burn marks.

* Unregistered guests: Guests are only allowed a maximum of two visitors for the entire duration of the stay. Under no
circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night.

* Checkout: Checkout is at 11 a.m. Late checkout can be accommodated for an additional fee which will need to be
agreed on the day before checkout. Should you wish to arrange for a late checkout,
please contact 082 893 7608 or 083 260 1270.

* Trash: trash is to be disposed of in the bins provided. There are additional refuse bags underneath the sink should
you require. Full trash bags may be left on the balcony for disposal by the cleaning service.

* Noise: Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of
neighboring properties — especially during period of 10pm to 8am.

* Parking: You may park one vehicle in the allocated parking bay which is located on the 6th floor of the building.

* Illegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, prostitution, etc are strictly
prohibited. Should the guest be involved in such activities, the SAPS will be contacted and the guests agrees to
immediately vacate the property, irrespective of whether they have not completed the duration of their stay.

* Lost key fees: Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest. Upon departure, the keys are to be placed inside the passcode protected key box, the details of which will be sent to the guest.

* Eating areas: Eating and drinking should be limited to the kitchen and dining areas. Please refrain from eating/drinking in the bedrooms.

* Maintenance: Please inform the host in the event that anything breaks or isn’t functioning properly,
and we will do our best to address it during your stay.

* Rearranging furniture: Please do not rearrange any of the furniture within the property.

* Fire prevention: Do not smoke or leave candles unattended during your stay. Please be sure to turn off the
stove when it’s not in use to prevent fires.

* Appliances and electronics: TV usage is allowed for guests during the entire duration of their stay. The streaming
services included are Netflix, and Disney Plus. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download,
or rent any subscription or entertainment not listed above.

* Bed linen and towels: if linen is found to be excessively soiled, it will need to be disposed of and replaced. The guests will therefore be charged for the costs of replacement.
